WSU Prosser IAREC frequently hosts tours for youth, high school students, commodity groups, visiting researchers, legislators, and other stakeholders. We can host small groups or accommodate large bus tours as well. We are also happy to bring educational displays and hands-on activities to public events which promote science, agriculture, research, and/or education.
Safety
We want all of our campus guests to have a safe and enjoyable visit. If you are planning to participate in a campus tour, we encourage you to wear closed-toe, sturdy walking shoes. This will allow you to enter into our labs, shop buildings, and walk near research plots which often have uneven terrain. If necessary, hard hats and/or safety glasses will be provided to visitors.
