Extension

Extension Overview

WSU Prosser IAREC faculty, graduate students, and staff develop and offer a number of Extension programs for row-crop and perennial crop producers, orchard and vineyard managers, crop consultants, and agriculture industry representatives. In addition to facilitating field days, workshops, and participating at industry-specific meetings, we also provide and contribute to informative e-newsletters, online publications, and create irrigated ag-focused resources and tools. We strive to make our work relevant, accessible, and applicable to the growers and producers through best practices in extension program delivery and development.

Resource Guides & Publications

Faculty, graduate students, and staff contribute to the development of numerous extension publications every year that are designed for producers and growers of specialty crops. An array of publications, organized by topic, are available for free (or for a small charge) via WSU Extension (opens in new window).
