Finance / Budget Manager

The Clean Plant Center Northwest (CPCNW) seeks a Finance/Budget Manager. This position performs and supervises the performance of a variety of complex fiscal administrative functions for Clean Plant Center Northwest (CPCNW). The position may, as needed, participate in grant and contract administration, as well as budget planning and allocation, advises and acts as a contact concerning fiscal and personnel issues relating to the CPCNW, manages plant material sales and distribution, and establishes and maintains comprehensive fiscal record keeping systems. In addition to providing administrative support for the CPCNW Director, the duties of this position include, but are not limited to: using independent judgment to analyze unit problems and implement solutions while keeping the goals of the unit in mind; making budgetary decisions for CPCNW and providing recommendations to the director; attending meetings in the director’s stead when director is unavailable; reviewing and writing Service Center Agreements; acting as liaison with IAREC administrative support, and performing other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field, and four (4) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified which has included at least one (1) year of supervisory experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
